Upload your customer and prospect file to our bonded and licensed third-party email service, Global IntelliSystems. Your list is 100% secure—it will not be shared with anyone, not even show management.
- Your company name, logo, booth number, and customized message is included as part of the three separate html emails—you approve the message and the schedule. Best of all Engredea pays for the whole thing.

About the 2012 Hosted VIP Program
What is the Program?
- Engredea’s Hosted VIP program is designed to guarantee attendance of top level decision makers from consumer products goods manufacturers. Engredea is hosting - paying for travel, accommodations, show education, for specified attendees.
Who Participates?
- Hosted VIPs are decision makers that meet a set of criteria from companies that influence purchasing of ingredients and technologies represented at Engredea: individuals holding high level product development roles in high visibility consumer products goods companies, across food, beverage, supplement, and personal care categories; ex. VP Innovation/New Product Development/R&D, Brand Director, Sr. Sourcing Professional. The program is called Hosted VIP, rather than hosted buyer, because most of these individuals influence purchasing rather that serve as actual buyers.
Why are we doing this and how will you benefit?
- The program has developed out of a need to provide a value added experience to our Engredea Exhibitors by attracting the highest caliber attendees, those that directly influence product development and impact raw material procurement.
Hosted VIPs will be required to participate in meet and greet receptions as well as specified private meetings with exhibitors. A list of hosted attendees will be made available prior to the trade show and meetings will be scheduled through our audience Engagement Director, Fran Schoenwetter.
